Here’s the thing: the cops, the old bill, the fuzz, them popo, whatever you like to call them, they’re the biggest thugs of all. They’re hoodlums in uniform! Really that’s what this piece is all about.

This car-clamping, ticket-giving, work-disrupting, policeman has been exposed as the public nuisance he is! In fact under the terms of the Law of Nuisance they should all be tried, and then chased and hunted throughout the night (not me!)
